The very pretty cove of Klong Hin Beach plays host to a solitary resort and 2 guesthouses come homestays.
Opened in late 2018, A La Kood offers 10 ensuite a/c rooms in 2 tastefully converted fisherman houses on stilts over the lagoon, prices at 2,800bt a night.
Montana Huts changed hands in early 2019 and became Homehug@kohkood. Located at the far southern end, a stone’s throw from A La Kood, it’s a sweet spot with 6 cottages on the canal, prices around 2,500bt.
Klong Hin Beach Resort has the prime spot on the sand, but it is an old style Thai resort popular used by Russian tours, so it can get noisy. Prices start at 2,000bt a night but rooms are normally sold as packages.
