Koh Chang Private Transfers – Car, Minibus – Prices and Booking

Private transfers to Koh Chang by car or minibus are door to door. We collect you directly from your hotel in Bangkok or in Pattaya or we greet you at a pre-arranged meeting point at Suvarnabhumi (BKK), Don Mueang Airport (DMK), Trat (TDX) or Pattaya (UTP) Airports.

Pick-ups from Pattaya hotels, Ayutthaya, Kanchanaburi, Khao Yai, Hua Hin, Ban Phe and the Koh Kood or Koh Mak piers are all available. We also cover the Cambodian borders or hotels in the country itself from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville.

In all private transfers, we deliver you to your resort, hotel or bungalows on Koh Chang.

The private transfers price includes the Koh Chang ferry tickets and all tolls for the expressways. It does not include food and drink along the way. You can dictate the stops as and when needed. For your safety and comfort, we instruct all of our drivers to keep their speeds down.

Meeting Points – Private Transfers to Koh Chang

At Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), ours drivers meet you with your name on a sign at Door 3 Level 2 Arrivals. Passengers using Don Mueang Airport (DMK) are met at Door 5, Arrivals Terminal 1 (international) and Door 11, Arrivals Terminal 2 (domestic). Other meeting points, such as at the borders, are clearly set up and agreed on booking.

Persons per Vehicle – Koh Chang Private Transfers

Prices are per vehicle, with 2 to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2/3 small children in the SUV style car (Fortuner, Mu-X, Pajero). For larger groups, we use a Toyota Commuter minibus, which can seat up to 7 or 8. We also have Venturys.

If you are travelling in a larger group, we can also provide private microbuses (up to 18 persons) or buses of all sizes.

Child Seats

We can supply a child seat, infant seat (Aprica, rear facing if needed) or booster cushion at 200bt extra per item. You are also very welcome to bring your own seat.

Payment Methods – Koh Chang Private Transfers

Payment for Koh Chang private transfers is with an initial deposit and then the balance in THB cash on the day of travel, all fully agreed beforehand. We take payment via:-

• THB cash on the day but please note, if booking a return, we take a cash deposit for the 2nd leg on the 1st day of travel.
• Wise – in App (no fees).
• Revolut – in App (no fees).
• PayPal invoice (with processing charges, 6%, go to them, not us) which we send to your email. You do not need a PayPal account to pay this, it can be done with any credit/debit card.
• via traditional bank transfer to our Thai bank. All fees met by you so we receive the exact amount. Any additional fees incurred on its arrival to our Thai bank will be added to the monies collected on the 1st day of travel.

You should receive a reply within 24 hours, but also check your email spam folder, in case our reply gets shunted

Koh Chang is a busy island so please do plan ahead and book your Koh Chang transfers in advance. Of course, we can handle last minute requests, but the more time the better. Once everything is agreed and availability confirmed, we will then email you the final arrangements.

In peak Xmas and New Year season, 25/12/26 to 5/1/27 and Thai April and May holidays (Chakri Day, Songkran and Coronation Day), a surcharge will be added to the price due to availablity.

For Cambodia, private transfers are available between your Koh Chang resort and the borders in either direction.

You can go all the way to Siem Reap, Sihanoukville, Battambang and Phnom Penh by private car or minibus, with a change of vehicle at the border.
