The Area

Utilities and Listings
Electricity and water are fully connected . The water is supplied via the development company at a set rate (one rate for the villa, one for brown water for the garden). The villa has its own water pump. The internet is connected, you will simply need to transfer to the new owner.
There is a maintenance contract for the common areas (grass verges, connecting roads and so on) around the villa. This is 6,000bt paid monthly to the development company.
