Each air-conditioned condo is sold fully decorated, fitted and furnished throughout. Bedrooms feature king sized beds, built-in closets and TV. The living living areas provide sofa, coffee table and TV as well as self contained dining room table and chairs. Bathrooms are fitted with granite sink tops and concealed electric instant water heaters for the showers. The kitchen/pantry comes with quality wooden veneer cabinets with stone bench worktops, fridge, oven, hob, microwave, extraction hood and washing machine.

The condo builings themselves are built to the highest specificatation. Re-inforced concrete foundations and framing combine with external concrete block walls, themselves plastered and decorated with high performance acrylic paint. The structures use a steel truss and rafter roof, covered with clay tiles, fully insulated. Communal staircases have wooden railings with sand-wash flooring.

Internal condo walls are brick or block plastered with cement and sand, finished with white gypsum and paint. Internal ceilings are 9mm thick gypsum board, moisture resistant in the bathrooms and toilets, fixed to a galvanized steel frame, painted. Doors and windows are from golden oak UPVC. Floors are tiled throughout, including a terracotta styling for the balconies.

Electricity has been cabled underground into the development. A deep well is the primary source for all the water needs, with it stored centrally in domestic tanks, treated and then pumped to each residence. Package treatment systems are provided to each building to treat all wastewater prior to it being discharged from the site according to local Authority Standards.

Ownership – Condos for Sale

Phase 2 of the development provides a 49% freehold ownership available to foreign investors based on first come first serve basis. The condos are sold on a 30+30+30 years leasehold ownership. There is an annual common area fee of THB 60 per sqm for services provided – 24 hours security service, common areas maintenance, landscaping and electricty, rubbish collection, surrounding road maintenance, cleaning and lighting.
