Island Life Condos – Freehold and Leasehold

Under Thai law, up to 49% of condos can be owned freehold within the development, with 51% owned by Thais. Units that fall outside of that 49% are offered as leasehold, with allocation on a strictly first come, first served basis.

Island Life Condos – Payment Structure

Payment structures are 20,000bt as a reservation fee, followed by 10% of the unit value deposit on contract signing (less the reservation fee) and a further 30% of unit value after 30 calendar days. Thereafter, a staggered structure operates with 10% on completion of Floor 1, with 10% on completion of Floor 2, with 10% on completion of Floor 3, with 10% on completion of Floor 4 and with 10% on completion of building. All that remains is the final 10% on transfer of ownership at the government land office which gives you full freehold ownership.
